These Keto protein brownies are a delicious and guilt-free treat that perfectly blends rich chocolate flavour with the benefits of high protein and low carbs.
Made with almond flour and sugar alternatives, these brownies satisfy your sweet tooth while keeping you on track with your keto lifestyle. They're moist, and packed with nutrients, making them an ideal snack for anyone looking to indulge without compromising their diet.
Enjoy them as a post-workout boost or a delightful dessert any time of the day!

NOTES

For the sugar replacement, I use "Whole Earth Stevia Sugar Replacement"

I use "100% Whey Protein - chocolate by Emrald Labs" for all my protein-based recipes! It's an easy product to work with and it has a great taste too!

The chocolate is optional and you can either combine it with the mixture before cooking or melt it and drizzle it over the brownie once they are cooled.

This recipe is one of my favourites because it's such a quick process and there's no guilt with the ingredients.

Method:

-
Pre-heat oven to 180°C
-
Grease a 9-inch pan, or line it with parchment paper.

Prepare Brownie Base:

-
Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
-
In a large mixing bowl, using a hand mixer or kitchen master combine the ingredients well until smooth in texture.
-
Spread into the pan, using a second sheet of parchment if needed to press down evenly.
-
Bake 20 minutes, then let cool & enjoy!
