Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Balls

These Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Balls are a delicious and nutritious snack combining creamy peanut butter and indulgent dark chocolate flavours.

 

Packed with protein, these bite-sized treats are perfect for a quick energy boost or a post-workout refuel. Made with simple ingredients, they offer a satisfying crunch and a hint of sweetness, making them an ideal snack for any time of the day.

 

Enjoy them as a guilt-free treat that satisfies your cravings!

​Ingredients:

 

1½ cups rolled oats

1 cup natural peanut butter

¼ cup honey or maple syrup

2 scoops chocolate protein powder

2 tablespoons chopped dark chocolate or choc chips

I use "100% Whey Protein - Chocolate by Emrald Labs" for all my protein-based recipes! It's an easy product to work with and it has a great taste too!

​

​

I use "Nature Nate's 100% Pure Australian Raw & Unfiltered Honey" as my honey for all my recipes.​

​

​

For my peanut butter selection, I use "Macro Organic Smooth Peanut Butter" It's a great product and easy to use!

​

​

I always use Cadbury chocolate for all my chocolate selections! It's a great product for quality and taste!

​

 

Method:

​​

  • Place oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder and chocolate chips in a large bowl and stir to combine - this may require the old hand kneading and some elbow grease!

  • Once combined, use a tablespoon to measure the right amount and roll them into a ball.

  • Store in a covered container in the fridge or freezer.
