
Keto Bread

Our Keto bread is a low-carbohydrate alternative to traditional bread, designed for those following a ketogenic diet.
The ingredients are designed to support a healthy way of life and have almond flour, coconut flour, and eggs, making it a great option for maintaining a low sugar intake while still enjoying the texture of bread.
Keto bread can be used for sandwiches, toast, or simply as a side to your meals, offering a satisfying option without the carbs. It’s a delicious to stay on track with your dietary goals!
Ingredients:

7 large eggs
100g butter - melted
30g coconut oil
200g almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon xanthan gum
½ teaspoon Salt

I use a 24 x 16 x 6.5 Wiltshire Loaf Pan, Rose Gold.

Bread can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days or up to 1 month in the freezer.

Method:

Preheat oven to 180°C

Place eggs in a mixing bowl and beat on high for 1 - 2 mins

Add the melted butter and coconut oil, and beat until smooth.

Add the almond flour, baking powder, xanthan gum and salt, and beat until combined and thick.

Place mixture into loaf pan.​​

Bake for 45 minutes or until a skewer comes out of the middle clean.
