NOTES

I use "100% Whey Protein - Vanilla by Emrald Labs" for all my protein-based recipes! It's an easy product to work with and it has a great taste too!

I use "Macro Natural Cashew Spread" from Woolworths!

Again, this is another favourite of mine! It's quick and simple to make for a busy mum and shift worker without the guilt! My boys who are gym guys love these!

Method:

-
Place oats, cashew butter, honey or maple syrup, protein powder, raisins and cinnamon in a large bowl and stir to combine - this may require the old hand kneading and some elbow grease!
-
Once combined, use a tablespoon to measure the right amount and roll them into a ball.
-
Store in a covered container in the fridge or freezer.
